This was my first time in this type class and I loved
it! I love the way we can see exactly what's going on. I
even did some of the things on my computer that Tony was
doing on his. I hope to come back again.
Karen S.
You did a
wonderful job introducing the software and it's major
features and benefits. The presenter was thorough,
concise and I especially appreciated the focus on how
the tool can help not only increase sales productivity,
but overall work productivity and efficiency. Thank you
for hosting me! Clarissa
Please use this as a ‘letter of reference’ to offer to
prospective clients considering your services to advance
their computer knowledge and skills. You have proven to
be a truly valuable asset to SMD with regard to our
ability to keep up with the ever-changing climate in
today’s business world.
I was at both I and II, but unfortunately came in late
for II. I found both to be useful, which is saying
something because I have taken group training classes
elsewhere in the past, and have not gained much. You are
very easy to follow, and so is the material. I would
like to take as many as you have going forward, in more
than just Outlook.
Tony,
I hold classes in MS Office for my company. I wanted to
try out your class to see if I would recommend it for
others (I will). I thought you were very thorough, and
did a good job answering my questions. |

Microsoft Word 2003 Training
Part 1 & Part 2
When
we teach word processing we use Microsoft Word to teach
you the fundamentals of writing using a computer. Our
Word 1 class is excellent for beginners because you will
learn many fundamental skills that will help you get
around the computer.
Our Word 2 class explores some of the intermediate tools
used by everyday Word users. Even if you have
experience, we believe you will pickup enough little
tips to justify the time you invested in or classes.
Our main focus is on skills you’ll need to write and
maneuver in and around your computer.
