Do You Need
Computer Training?

> feedback
I thought the class went very well. It was nice to be able to see the screens while you were talking about them. There was enough information to begin to understand ACT, but not enough to overwhelm you. I am looking forward to ACT 2 at the end of the month. (Great job on teaching the Old and New ACT at the same time). Thanks Tony!

Good starting point Tony. I've jumped into ACT as of this weekend - entered "Status / ID" for everyone. Started today to use "Task List"...CANNOT get my screen to look like yours. Missing phone #'s on task list and in main contact screen, cannot seem to make more condensed to see "Assistant's name", for instance. Mostly "set-up / preference" woes, I expect...but a bit frustrating, getting started. Maybe need a (brief) Phone conference w/ you to help.

ACT! 2
So you have an ACT! database with hundreds (or maybe thousands) of leads and the question you keep asking yourself is what do I do now?

This class is for small businesses, sales managers and salespeople that use ACT!, but now want to turn ACT! into a sales machine.

Most businesses have prospects and customers they deal with on a daily basis and we will show you how to make sure no one slips through the cracks by formulating a plan to give great customer service.
