Your knowledge and experience w/ using ACT as a part of your daily business tools was made very simple and practical. Especially after you have explained how to edit fields to the individuals needs. I will refer this course to all my friends in the mortgage business. Thanks again.

Thoroughly enjoyed the session the other day; you were extremely thorough, and answered my questions which helped me clarify things ACT! is capable of doing.

I really liked the class ... it was my first intro to ACT and very informative. The online classroom was convenient and much better than taking a class online solo without an interactive instructor. The only problem I had was the class is posted from 2 to 4 PM. There was a 4 to 4:30 PM Q&A session that I had to miss because I had scheduled something else for 4:15 PM, thinking the class was over at 4 PM. Take care! I am going to use ACT! for Web (didn't get to hear its nuances). After I get the basics down, I plan to take an advanced class.

ACT! Training, Consulting, Customization & Implementation
We offer ACT! training, consulting, customization and implementation for all versions. If you are an individual user, all four of these areas can usually be viewed as one; if you have multiple ACT! users we usually suggest you look at these areas independently before you get too deeply into ACT! because it can make the whole process much easier and cost effective in the long run.

In our opinion, there are two main parts of working with ACT!: setup and training.

Setup usually includes some consulting (a discussion of your needs and goals), customization (creating a look, feel and layout that will provide you with the information you need) and implementation (working to make sure ACT! is installed properly).

Training can be viewed in two parts: general training (understanding the basic parts of ACT!) and specific training that will include all aspects of your day to day business needs as they relate to ACT!. Our training is not limited to just ACT!.  We often need to help our clients with common software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Last but not least, we believe we are successful at helping people with ACT! because we believe your success in making ACT! a useful part of your business isn’t about the software. It’s the thought process before you implement the software, the planning and goal setting. ACT! is just a tool and we can help you use it properly.

ACT! Versions we support: 2000, 6.0, 2004, 2005 (7.0), 2006 (8.0), 2007 (9.0), 2008 (10.0).

Our online training series offers three ACT! Classes: ACT! 1, ACT! 2 and ACT! 3 (The ACT! Real Series). The ACT! Real Series breaks down ACT! for the specific type of person that uses the software.

The Individual: a person that uses ACT to run a small business or for sales.
The Sales Manager: a person that uses ACT! to manage a group of salespeople.
The Super Salesperson: a heavy-duty salesperson that leverages all aspects of ACT! and needs to be highly organized and efficient.
The Administrator: examines how to effectively setup, manage and maintain ACT.
