Come join us as Bobby’s friends, colleagues and admirers will celebrate the life of a living legend…the irrepressible Bobby Mac!

Bobby Mac has helped hundreds of people in the Greater Boston area become better cyclists, healthier and to a certain extent…kids again, as he leads his weekly training rides from Quad Cycles in Arlington Massachusetts.

Every Saturday and Sunday Bobby helps new riders (“newbies”), charity riders and racers become better cyclists by teaching us safety and cycling skills.  Local charity rides such as
The Red Ribbon Ride and The Pan Mass Challenge  have benefited as he’s helped countless cyclists prepare for the challenge of these great events and thousand of dollars have been raised for charity because of his dedication.

What you might not know is that Bobby Mac is legally blind.

The Tour de Mac has two purposes: the first is to honor Bobby and the second is to raise money for these two great events.  So come join us as we ride in honor of Bobby on June 17th, 2006.
