I really liked the class ... it was my first intro to
ACT and very informative. The online classroom was
convenient and much better than taking a class online
solo without an interactive instructor. The only problem
I had was the class is posted from 2 to 4 PM. There was
a 4 to 4:30 PM Q&A session that I had to miss because I
had scheduled something else for 4:15 PM, thinking the
class was over at 4 PM. Take care! I am going to use
ACT! for Web (didn't get to hear its nuances). After I
get the basics down, I plan to take an advanced class.

What is an
online training class and what do I need to attend?
To attend one of our live online training classes (also
known as a webinar) you need a computer with an Internet
connection and a telephone. Ideally, a telephone with a
headset or speaker is best. When you register for one of
our classes, you will receive an email with the class
login information and a conference call number that
you’ll dial to hear the instructor as they conduct the
class.
What kind of computer do I need?
PC-based attendees
Required: Windows® 2000, XP Home, XP Pro, 2003 Server,
Vista
Macintosh®-based attendees
Required: Mac OS® X 10.3.9 (Panther®) or newer
What if I lose the
class login information?
You will be emailed the information along with a class
reminder one day before the class begins and one hour before
the class begins.
What will I see?
You will be seeing the instructor’s computer screen on
your computer screen, and hear the instructor’s voice on
the telephone.
What do I need to do to prepare for a class?
The first time you attend a class you will be prompted
to download a piece of software that allows you to view
the class. We usually suggest the first time you attend
a class to login 20 minutes early to ensure you download
the software properly.
What software am I downloading?
We use two tools to conduct our classes (webinars):
GoToMeeting and GoToWebinar, from Citrix Online, a
division of Citrix Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: CTXS); they
are a leading provider of easy-to-use, on-demand
applications for remote desktop access, Web conferencing
and collaboration. For more information please visit

If I have technical issues who do I contact to solve the problem?
Please contact the good people at
GoToWebinar
and tell them you are attending a webinar and are having
difficulties installing their software.

do my employees register?
If your employees would like to receive class
information and reminders via email, have them visit:

Can I ask questions?
Absolutely. During the webinar, there is an online
question and answer section that allows you to type a
question for the instructor to review and answer when
appropriate. In addition, your instructor will spend up
to 15 minutes at the end of the class answering
questions.
How do I register for a specific class?
Visit

the link for the class that you would like to take.
I signed up for a class, but I need to cancel.
Please contact us via email by
clicking here to let us
know which class you won't be attending. We hold
classes even if there is only one person in the class so
we appreciate you letting us know in advance.
Late Enrollments
If you enroll the week of the class we will do our best
to accommodate you, however, we can’t guarantee you’ll
be able to attend the class. We also reserve the
right to close the class to late arrivers (usually 5 to
10 minutes after the class has begun).
How do I take a recorded class?
We send the link out to our on demand section
at the beginning of the month with our class schedule
reminder. If you need immediate assistance, please
click here to send us an email.
Do you offer on-site classes in a typical classroom
setting?
At this time we do not offer classes at our facilities. Having
stated that, we do offer training and consulting for
individuals and groups at your facility, by appointment.
We can also customize and record training for your
organization. If you prefer to attend training in a
classroom setting, we still suggest you to take our
training to compliment and prepare you for the
classroom.
