Q: I registered but did not receive a verification email, what do I do?
A: This usually happens if you mistyped your email address.  If you don’t receive a verification email from us, please try registering again.

Q: I registered, but I can no longer login, what do I do?
A: If your company has enrolled in our training and you have registered as an employee, you must use a company email address.  Please register again with a company email address.

Q: Error Message: Unable to Verify your e-mail. You may have missed part of the link or mistyped it. Please contact for assistance.
A: Simply register again by clicking employee registration at the top of the page.
