Your knowledge and experience w/ using ACT as a part of your daily business tools was made very simple and practical. Especially after you have explained how to edit fields to the individuals needs. I will refer this course to all my friends in the mortgage business. Thanks again.

Thoroughly enjoyed the session the other day; you were extremely thorough, and answered my questions which helped me clarify things ACT! is capable of doing.

I really liked the class ... it was my first intro to ACT and very informative. The online classroom was convenient and much better than taking a class online solo without an interactive instructor. The only problem I had was the class is posted from 2 to 4 PM. There was a 4 to 4:30 PM Q&A session that I had to miss because I had scheduled something else for 4:15 PM, thinking the class was over at 4 PM. Take care! I am going to use ACT! for Web (didn't get to hear its nuances). After I get the basics down, I plan to take an advanced class.

Office 2007 Training Approach
My experience has been that the majority of people that are interested in Office 2007 training (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint) have had some experience working with previous versions of the software already.  From your point of view, you are trying to learn about how Office 2007 has changed and what impact is it going to have on me?

Our Office 2007 training classes mirror the outlines for our Office 2003 series with one dramatic difference.  At the beginning of each class we take a look at the new Microsoft Office 2007 Ribbon and review the fundamental differences between this and what you used to be accustomed too.

However, we don't want to forget about the 20 percent of you that are new to the software all together.  Therefore, we suggest you take our online classes in our office 2003 series and get up to speed with the basic concepts of the software and then transition into the newer software gradually over time.

Quite often I make analogies to driving a car when I teach students about software.  In the case of Office 2007, I liken it to the new car in your driveway: its nice and has that new car smell, but the old car got me where I needed to go just fine.  When you start using office 2007 the prevailing question will be “where did they put that thing that I used to use all of the time?”  Don’t worry, we are here to help.

Training Options
For $99.00 a year, your entire company can enroll in our live online instructor led training classes.  If your employees cannot attend these classes when they are scheduled its no problem.  They can watch and listen to recordings of the classes 24/7/365.  Our classes are a mix of the basics of the software, and I interject enough insights and suggestions that even experienced users can learn from these classes.

Our experience has been that your employees might not be comfortable admitting how much or how little they know about the software.  These classes give them the opportunity to level the playing field.  Even if you have us do some training onsite or computer-to-computer, we urge you to enroll in these classes.  If for no other reason, we’ve made it incredibly affordable.
