My Motivation
My
brother-in-law Brian was diagnosed with cancer
in the spring of 2001. That
summer
while driving home from a family vacation on the
tip of Cape Cod I saw crowds of people of all
shapes, sizes and ages pedaling their hearts out
to raise money for cancer research as cyclists
for the two-day, 192-mile
Pan-Massachusetts Challenge
(PMC).
I vowed to ride the
next year and now I'm entering 7th PMC.
This year is extra special
because a good friend of mine was diagnosed with
breast cancer in March and is undergoing
treatment as I update this web site.
Thankfully, today Brian is a two-time cancer
survivor, and on August
2nd & 3rd, 2008, I'll be riding 192 miles from
Sturbridge to Provincetown.
I need
to raise $4000, and if you could donate $25.00
(or more) it would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in
advance!
