2. Two one-hour coaching sessions
scheduled at participants’ convenience 1 – 6 months after the
initial seminar, enables participants not only to learn concepts
but to work on applying new approaches in their everyday work.

Fee for the complete program including the two-day initial
seminar, 360 Leadership Effectiveness Survey and two individual
one-on-one follow-up coaching sessions is $2,400. Program fee
is $2,000 for members of the organizations co-sponsoring the
program. The fee is reduced if multiple participants from the
same organization attend.
