Craig Foley is an Associate
Broker and Director of Training
for Prudential Prime Properties
in the Greater Boston area for
the past five years. He has been
the winner of the President’s
Circle Award from Prudential
each year he has been with the
company. This award, which is
based on gross commission and
number of units sold, puts him
in approximately the top 4% of
real estate agents nationally.
Craig is recognized as agent of
the highest ethical standard,
and has expertise ranging from
transactions involving
single-family homes,
condominiums, multifamily
properties, commercial
properties and development.
His previous career was as a
faculty member at Salem State
College, Emerson College and
Northeastern University. His
experiences in the academic
world strongly inform his
approach to real estate. He
believes that a well informed
client can best make decisions
for themselves.
He sits on the Board of
Directors of the Melrose YMCA.
Craig and his wife Sally reside

Greg has also focused on working
with Developers Marketing and
selling condo conversion
projects. Warren Corner Condos
is his 5th Condo
Conversion project since he
began working as a Realtor.
Greg’s previous career was in
High Tech. He worked
successfully in both Sales and
Marketing positions at both
Hardware and Software
companies. He was a Co-Founder
of a Lotus / IBM Software
Development Company, and was
responsible for Sales and
Marketing of Lotus / IBM
Solutions to Fortune 1000
clients.
His extensive Sales experience
and training in High Tech Sales
and Marketing has been a great
benefit working with clients
negotiating the Purchase and
